Hody List was born and raised in what the Chinese call the "Fragrant Harbor," also known as Hong Kong. She has lived on three different continents: from Asia to Europe to North America, where she proudly became a United States citizen in 1997.
After all her travels Hody decided to settle in Ann Arbor, Michigan because of its small town charm but metropolitan feel and facilities. Hody has currently lived in Ann Arbor since 1982. She enjoys the city's ethnic diversity with all its different cultures.
Hody enjoys working with people. She does her best for clients with a positive smile and cheerful attitude. She works equally as a listing agent or buyer's agent and has enjoyed many repeat clients and their referrals. Hody invites you to choose her for your real estate needs. You will welcome the difference. Hody speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
